The customer service was great, can fault them! They are very accommodating and helpful. A good variety of breakfast foo
The location was great! Close to the attractions, restaurants and malls.
We stayed in a two bedroom suite; the ensuite toilet has a sewerage smell, the key cards were not working despite of multiple replacement and faulty door mechanism - there was instance that multiple key cards were used even from the staffs, fortunately, a random key card worked and we were able to enter the room. Every time we need to go back to the room we have to asked assistance.

Plesant and comfortable.
Staff were polite and attentive very helpful at any time.
Above ground pool difficult to access due to steps whish are slippery when wet, timber deck needs attention, loose boards. More shade in the early afternoon would great.

Wonderful
Location is close to beach and eateries. Modern hotel with friendly staff. Almost all are good. Breakfast is good.
Breakfast place is over crowded if most guests are there. Breakfast area is not in air-conditioned area, so it can get warm when many people are around in hot weather. One day the room was left un-cleaned. Wondering how it was left out.
